CAMP INFORMATION
Who: Players entering grades 5-9 for the 2024-2025 school year
Where: Bishop Hendricken High School
When:
Week 1: Monday, July 29th - Friday, August 2nd
Week 2: Monday, August 5th - Friday, August 9th
9 AM - 3 PM
Cost: $255
Extras:
- All campers will receive a camp hat
- All campers receive a camp dri fit t-shirt
- All campers will receive lunch on the final day of camp
- Awards/Prizes will be presented at the conclusion of camp
- A Registered Nurse/Athletic Trainer will be on duty

9:00 - 9:05 - Go Over Day's Plan/Goals
9:05 - 9:20 - Dynamic Warm-Up and Movement Preparation
9:20 - 9:40 - Throwing Progression
9:40 - 11:40 - Defensive/Hitting FUNdamentals and Drill Stations
11:40 - 12:00 - Baserunning
12:00 - 12:20 - Competitions
12:20 - 1:00 - Lunch
1:00 - 1:30 - Featured Speaker
1:30 - 3:00 - Games
SKILLS COMPETITIONS
On Friday, we give campers the opportunity to show off all of their hard work all week. The competitions test their skills in a variety of different facets of the game including speed/baserunning, arm strength, throwing accuracy, power, hitting ability, outfield play, infield play and more. Winners of the competitions will receive awards in our awards presentation which concludes the camp.
AWARDS PRESENTATION
To conclude the camp we host an awards presentation to recognize the hard work and performance of certain campers throughout the week. Some of the awards include:
- Camper of the Week
- Hitter of the Week
- Pitcher of the Week
- Hustle Award
- Winners of Skills Competitions for Different Age Groups
- Team MVP for Each Team
