Chris Sheehan is a native of Warwick, RI. A 2009 graduate of Bishop Hendricken High School, he was a standout pitcher for the Hawks.
Upon graduation, Sheehan continued his career at the University of Rhode Island before a shoulder injury brought his playing days to an end.
A Kinesiology major at URI and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, he strives to educate players on how to prepare their body's for optimal performance and durability. His approaches to player development have helped the Hendricken Hawks to four state titles during his tenure and he has coached a multitude of players that have gone on to the college and professional levels.
